Updated File Adjustment Rates & Walk-In Procedure
DHA Quetta has reviewed and updated the File Adjustment Rates in line with prevailing market conditions and trends. The revised rates are applicable with effect from 17 September 2026 under the File Adjustment Scheme 2026.
The updated adjustment values are applicable to 1 Kanal Allocation (2nd Ballot), 1 Kanal Allocation (USF), 10 Marla Allocation, and 5 Marla Allocation files, as specified in the latest rate schedule. The rates will continue to be reviewed periodically in line with prevailing market dynamics.
Walk-In File Adjustment Process
Eligible Walk-In customers can proceed with their file adjustment by following the prescribed process:
1. Required Documents
Customers will be required to submit their Original CNIC, Original Membership Certificate, Original Allocation / Allotment Letter, Rs. 200 Stamp Papers, and Sworn Affidavit for Joint Ownership, where applicable.
2. Verification
Membership details, payment / dues, and file adjustment calculation will be verified as per the prescribed procedure.
3. Consent Form Execution
The Consent Form will be executed on Rs. 200 Stamp Paper, along with the required undertaking and signatures.
4. Confirmation & Account Statement
After successful file adjustment, the Account Statement and Final Confirmation Receipt will be issued, reflecting the adjusted amount and remaining dues, if any.
Scheme Validity: 10 September 2026 to 10 October 2026.
Eligible file holders are advised to review the latest applicable rates and required documentation before proceeding with their file adjustment.
